THE BRIEF
I was delighted to team up with Lake Arrowhead Brewing once again for the 2021 limited-edition crowler design.
After creating last year's design in my signature botanical style, I wanted to get a little playful this year and try something totally different. Yes, Nordic-inspired sweaters have been done before; there was no reinventing the wheel here. Nevertheless, I wanted the chance to embrace a classic style but fully customize it with local landmarks and beer-specific patterning.

ICONOGRAPHY
Tucked amongst beer icons, hops, wheat/barley and peace signs,
I included some Lake Arrowhead-specific iconography.
Of course, we couldn't miss the opportunity to create some real-life sweaters.
