THE BRIEF
The team at Lake Arrowhead Brewing Co. wanted a limited edition crowler created for the holiday season. They imagined a lush illustration, with the same attention to detail and quality that goes into each of their craft beers. Their vision was packaging that was so beautiful, it would be a giftable item this holiday season.
Located on the shores of a beautiful mountain lake, we aimed to create a design that captured the essence of the local community and this new brewery. Whether on the table for a special holiday meal, tucked under the tree or enjoyed on a hike in woods, this crowler feels premium, the perfect choice this holiday season.
The logo and branding for the brewery was created by the talented Brad Walters.
The unique brand identity provided a fun framework to work within to create holiday packaging for a business that clearly has an eye for design.

PROCESS
To begin the project we met with the team at LABC to fully understand their vision. It became clear that a full, lush illustration inspired by a Christmas Tree would be the perfect fit to commemorate their first holiday season.
We took a walk around the brewery to collect inspiration from the ingredients used in production to the towering pine trees that surround the brewery. Bringing together ornaments inspired by Lake Arrowhead, various types of local pine sprigs and hop flowers nestled in it all, the design provides a nod to locals and visitors to the community alike.
